About Us: Josh Maxwell, Director of Research
Josh Maxwell has extensive experience in the research field. Prior to joining Ellison Research, Josh worked in the non-profit sector for a non-partisan think-tank in the Phoenix metro area. Josh was the survey researcher on staff, conducting public policy research through qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The research was used by state and local legislators, municipal leaders, and the media.
Josh brings an array of skills to the Ellison Research team. He is a RIVA-certified focus group moderator, and has extensive experience in data analysis and statistical modeling. As Director of Research, Josh’s responsibilities include working with clients to design projects tailored to their needs, and once designed, seeing those projects to a successful completion.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona, plus a Master of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis. During his undergraduate years, Josh served on the National Board of Directors for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity where he carried out several roles and responsibilities for undergraduates across the country. Some of his interests include sports (college football and basketball – Go Cats!) and spending time with friends and family.
